The political lobby is necessary to insure that the minorities have a voice in government. However we need an amendment that outlaws the payment of any type of capital value to any lobbyist by any party doing so, as to influence the law making process of this government by the expenditure of any type of capital value.

This is to avoid the purchase of technology for the sole purpose of eliminating competition. A law relative to the attainment of a patent is a necessary function to protect the value of research. However the people of this country and all over this world need to have the best technology available to be used NOW. An amendment to this law to make it a necessary part of the attainment and maintaining of said patent, That it be used/manufactured/available to the general public within a short but attainable time period as a mandatory part of the patent attainment process. This should also be retroactive to all existing patents. This will put people back to work because the companies that hold these patents will need to hire people to produce these products so as not to loose there patents because of non usage.

The no smoke screen law. This is about TAX documentation and INSURANCE documentation and LAW DOCUMENTS CREATED BY LAWYERS FOR LAWYERS. We need a law to prevent government and large powerful capital organizations from creating documentation that is for the most part incomprehensible. And then using this documentation to hide the real facts. If a company or a government gives you documentation that you can not understand and at the same time is asking, or more likely demanding money from you. You can bet that they are hiding behind this documentation hoping that you will believe that you are just not smart enough to understand there documentation. There is only one reason for this. IT IS TO SEPARATE YOU FROM YOUR MONEY.

The removal of all existing forms of taxation and the removal of the systems and departments that were set up to collect them. Then replace the complete financing of this country with 2 forms of tax. Then we will all know and see what this country cost us to run. The 2 taxes. #1 a national sales tax. The network needed to collect this tax is already in place. The people that use the most resources will pay the most in taxes. The other tax is a cumulative value tax that is only there to prevent people from hoarding the available resources. The average person will not need to pay this tax as you only pay a percentage of your holding if it is over some set figure. As your value goes us up so does your percentage. Chances are this will not even touch your first million. Also a refund of excessive sales tax might be in order for people who have a small income.

This tax system could be set up so that it could change quickly when the system requires it for emergency situations.
